Today we held our first seminar of 2012! It was at Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara facilitated by Dr. Gulzar Cheema, and we also had an information stall with reading materials with info on mental health & wellness. Thanks to all those who came out to volunteer and participate! SAMHAA will be hosting three more seminars this year — in a local mandir, mosque and church. Check out some photos below!
